"We had a fantastic stay at the Howrah property. The house was exceptionally well-appointed with high-quality fixtures and fittings, but it was the thoughtfulness of the hosts that truly stood out. We arrived to find a pantry stocked with essentials, a lovely bottle of wine, and snacks from local Tasmanian producers—an authentic touch that made us feel immediately welcome.
The house was warm and inviting, providing the perfect "home base" during our transition moving back to Tasmania. The location is ideal—tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area but still very close to shops. We also loved the convenience of the keyless entry system. Inside, the property was full of character, featuring beautiful local artwork, a great selection of novels and puzzles, and a dedicated workspace that was perfect for getting some light work done. I even found myself finishing one of the books! The hosts were very approachable and only a message away. Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-tier short-term accommodation."

I honestly don’t know what I would have done without this place. I had to move out of my house for about six months due to an insurance claim, which was incredibly stressful, but staying in this unit in Warrane made the whole ordeal so much easier.
The unit is just beautiful and felt like a proper home, not just a temporary rental. It’s modern, super clean, and has such a great feel to it. I was so touched to find the pantry already stocked with a few bits and pieces to get me through those first few days—it’s those little things that really make a difference when your life is upside down!
The location was perfect, too. It’s so close to everything I needed, so I never felt out of the loop or isolated. Plus, a huge shoutout to the property managers—they were so helpful and easy to deal with whenever I had a question.
If you’re looking for a place that actually feels like a home, this is it. I’m almost sad to be leaving!

"Exceptional property and service from BRG TAS. The home is beautifully finished with quality fittings and felt incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in. The welcome hamper of Tasmanian treats and wine was a generous touch that we really appreciated.It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood but remains conveniently close to shopping. The keyless entry made check-in seamless, and the dedicated workspace was a huge plus. We especially enjoyed the local artwork and the cozy atmosphere. It made our move back to Tasmania much easier—we couldn’t recommend this place enough!"

We recently stayed at Cambridge Cottage, Alliance Dr for a month while renovating our home and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The property has been thoughtfully built and furnished, it had everything we needed, was very well equipped, and had a beautiful outlook. The location was incredibly convenient, only around 10 minutes into the city. Matt and Jackie were wonderful to deal with throughout our stay. The booking process was seamless. We really enjoyed our time here and couldn’t recommend it more highly.
